Shetland Islands Council - Sustainable Housing Competition

The RIAS is managing a design competition for a small housing project for Shetland Islands Council.

The competition seeks design proposals from registered architects for a proposed low carbon development at Fullaburn, Bressay, Shetland. 

The design competition is a restricted competition with two stages of information release. 

1. A call for registration of interest and the completion of a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). The return deadline is Wednesday 8 December 2010.

2. The release of more detailed information to a maximum of four shortlisted architects. These parties will be invited to submit design proposals.
